Haralson Farm - Newnan, GA USA 2001 - Present

Barn Manager and Trainer. Train and school horses in Dressage and Eventing at all levels. Manage all aspects of breeding and training. Supervise and coordinate activities of the farm employees. Overall care and injury management of horses. Handling and breaking in of young horses including sales preparation. Teaching students from beginner to advanced level and competing clients horses.

Flint River Mills, Inc. - Bainbridge, GA USA 2001 - Present
Equine Nutrition Consultant. Responsible for developing and following up a feed market through prospecting and visiting horse farms. Involved in nationwide nutrition conferences enforcing the brand.

1. Brian Mayfield Smith Melbourne, Australia 1999
Assistant to the leading race horse trainer at Flemington Race Track. Studied the fitness program for race horses and rode track work.

2. Meningoort Equestrian Centre Camperdown, Australia 1998
Conducted Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing Clinics. Successfully schooled horses for clients in all three disciplines. Broke in horses for Performance Horse Stud Farms - Wondaree Stud and Cloverfern Equestrian Centre.

Assistant Resident Instructor. Coached students from the Horse Management course in all three Equestrian disciplines. Lectured on fitness programs for Three-Day Eventers and Sports Psychology. Advised students on career opportunities in the Horse Industry. Coordinated students to compete at suitable competitions.

4. Nanoli Stud and Agricultural Farm Pune, India Aug 1996 - Aug 1997
Assistant Stud Manager and Yearling Manager. Broke in and pre-trained 80 yearlings including sales preparation. Single handedly created promotional material for the annual Two Year Old Sales. Responsibilities included supervising 40 staff. Introduced and developed a computer system to enhance the monitoring of the stud.

Worked under the tutelage of Olympian and World Champion Three-Day Eventer. Rode and trained event horses from 3 year olds to Advance level.

Rode 120 pre-trainers. Learned pre-training programs for sprint and staying race horses.

Assisted in stallion management, serving, foaling, weaning and brood mare management during the breeding season.

Broke in thoroughbred yearlings under his guidance for leading trainer, Lee Freedman.

9. His Highness Sayyid Shabib Bin Taimur Sultanate of Oman 1993
Managed the Show Jumping stables for His Highness. Competed at all major Show Jumping events across the Middle East.
